She treats various different kinds of emotional and psychological trauma and provides attentive support to individuals navigating difficult life transitions. When treating at this level she draws inspiration from Jeffrey Yuen’s Classical Acupuncture tradition and Lonny Jarrett’s Five Element Tradition.
Jennifer Gnisci, also utilizes TCM, Japanese and Trigger Point Dry Needling acupuncture styles and combines this with nutrition, essential oils and lifestyle counseling to achieve maximum results. She is a certified healing touch practitioner and when applicable teaches her patients stress reduction techniques, breathing exercises and qi gong. She is certified in three styles of bodywork that she incorporates into her treatments – Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, Amma therapy and Zheng Gu Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage. These modalities are utilized to diagnose orthopedic misalignments, tissue imbalance and promote overall relaxation.
When Jennifer is not practicing acupuncture she is enjoying her friends and family, running, doing qi gong, travelling somewhere with forests to hike through or relaxing at the beach. She is an avid film and fiction lover and writes poetry and literature.
